Me 323 Test Bed for Me 262 Fuselage

The Luftwaffe used the Gigant to drop a Me 262 fuselage for testing aerodynamics and parachute braking speeds. The fuselage was painted all red. A camera was mounted on the wing of the Gigant. They also, they did tests with 1/5 scale Me 262 models.

To make a 1/5 scale model in 1/72 scale you need a 1/360 model ... and SHAPEWAYS has a 1/350 Me 262. Very close.
